3. Payment Methods and Billing

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital Services (Tarot Readings and Intuitive Guidance):
- All sales of digital services are final. Once the reading has been completed and delivered, we cannot issue refunds.
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Failure to notify us within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- If you are unsatisfied with the service or feel that it did not meet your expectations, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your service.
Physical Goods (if applicable):
- If you purchase physical products (e.g., minerals), you may return unused or unopened items within 14 days for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to provide notice as per the cancellation policy, you will forfeit your session and payment. If you wish to reschedule, you may do so at the full rate.
5. Booking and Appointments
- Scheduling: When booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information, including your contact details and the type of service you wish to receive.
- Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in the GMT Time Zone. Please adjust for time zone differences when booking.
- Late Arrivals: If you are late for your session, the time will still be deducted from your scheduled appointment, and you will be charged the full session price.
- Session Confirmation: Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking, along with the date and time of your session.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your reading or service due to technical difficulties or other unforeseen issues, you will be notified promptly, and a suitable alternative or refund may be offered.

All content provided on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and other intellectual property, is owned by either The Elysian Goddess or the respective copyright holders.
